Constance Woloschuk
Connie Woloschuk has over 30 years experience as an organizational development consultant and as an operational manager in both a non-profit agency and city government. Over the years she has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in dealing with workplace issues.
In her writing, Connie reflects the wide ranging perspectives of the women and men who are passionate, committed and have endless energy to serve the most vulnerable people in our communities. They are also a very practical people and Connie shares some of their collective wisdom through her more than 80 articles on Suite101.com to speak to non-profit management, governance, and development.
As a volunteer, Connie provides professional support to smaller, faith-based agencies. She has also written many dramas, Bible studies and newsletter articles for groups in her church, some of which have been published in the church women’s national leadership guide.
Currently, Connie is a partner in Woloschuk Associates, Ottawa, Canada working primarily with non-profit agencies to develop their capacity through strategic planning, program development, staff training and writing proposals for funding.
